The Shakespeare Conference: SHK 19.0277 Friday, 9 May 2008 From: Hardy M. Cook <editor@shaksper.net> Date: Thursday, 8 May 2008 16:47:00 -0400 Subject: Re: Your Favorite Shakespeare-Related Internet Site >I am updating my "A Selected Guide to Shakespeare on >the Internet" and thought that I would invite members >to recommend to me their favorite Shakespeare-related >Internet sites. As I review work that I began in 2002 for an essay that was published in 2004 and that I am now revising for the second edition of the collection-- in which it appeared -- _Sh@kespeare in the Media_, I am stunned by the amazing increase in Shakespeare-related Internet sites in the past five years. Thanks to all who have responded to my request -- many have been references to old favorites and some to GREAT new sites, so please keep your suggestions coming. Finally, if you are not aware of it, let me recommend that you visit "Subject to Change" -- <http://broadband.ciconline.org/shakespeare/> -- an enjoyable and informative site that explores how the printing, editing, and directing of Shakespeare's plays makes his writing "Subject to Change." My thanks to Mike LoMonico for recommending this site to me. Best wishes, Hardy _______________________________________________________________ S H A K S P E R: The Global Shakespeare Discussion List Hardy M.
