Subject: 	SHAKSPER, Your Editor, and Murphy's, Sod's, and Finagle's Laws

By way of a brief explanation, issues associated with my health have 
resulted in my being in and out of the hospital these past few weeks at 
the same time that my commercial DLS modem decided to give up the ghost; 
thus, for a while, neither I nor the SHAKSPER server were available.
