I shall shortly post a detailed critique pointing out the respects in
which Al Magary was slightly imprecise, but I will first track down the
relevant legal authorities.

Hardy, You forget these:

One from post structuralists questioning whether it is ever really
possible to intend to change a lightbulb.

Two from socialists threatening to report you to the custodians' union.

Two from France pointing out that the proper term is ampoule and
threatening to report you to the custodians' union when they return from
vacances.

One from Stephen Greenblatt supposing what Thomas Edison must have
thought and felt upon first seeing a firefly.

Three from original performance practitioners averring that tallow
candles are so much more enlightening.

One from Michael Wood enthusiastically lauding the new bulb as
"incandescent".
