I haven't looked at the official answer yet, but moons notwithstanding, 
Prospero truly is the only parent on the list. Since parental issues are 
important in more than two-thirds of the plays and rather more germane 
to the canon than Uranus, I think David Levine wins the million dollars. 
Also, for what it's worth (not much), if Caliban is a variant or play on 
"cannibal", Ariel is the only non-Indo-European name on the list. His 
(its?) name is -- I say this with trepidation -- Hebrew.
