"With a Kiss, I Die " episode of Life as We Know It (ABC TV)

The episode "With a Kiss, I Die " involves a student production of Romeo
and Juliet in period costume.

Part of the balcony scene is heard as teen couples in the audience talk
to each other. The episode ends with a musical version of the ending.
The "dead" Romeo grabs Juliet (he and the actress playing her like each
other) and start making out. A girl in the wings who likes the guy
playing Romeo stalks off. the director (Samm Levine, who was in Not
Another Teen Movie) leaps out and explains to the teen audience that
"they die" he adds, "This is not my ending!" After he stomps off stage,
the couple are seen in close up continuing to make out. For a similar
production, see the film Love is All There Is with Angelina Jolie in her
first role (she plays Juliet).
