Hey, you don't need to go to weblogs and such to find all that!  Our
engineering journals don't just indulge in government-mandated
Stupid-English -- many of them don't know the difference between
"complement" and "compliment", or "casual" and "causal", or "consequent"
and "subsequent", or...

And these are some of our best-educated people, edited by presumably
professional English-language writers.
