Subject: "Midsummer" and "The Miller's Tale"

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows any particulars about a paper I
recall hearing, probably at an SAA a few years back, which argued that
Titania's erotic encounter with Bottom was linked in the text in a
number of ways to Absolom's close encounter with Alison at the end of
Chaucer's "The Miller's Tale." I'd like to be able to credit it in some
writing I am doing on "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Please reply off-line
if you can help.

Thanks.
Hugh Grady
