The long title is lifted almost verbatim from the first quarto. Raises
an interesting question about the copy text that Olivier might have been
using.  The quarto is usually given short shrift by modern editors.
Anyone know if Olivier uses readings or ordering of events in the film
that are unique to Q1? By the way, the title in F1 is "The Life of Henry
the Fift."
