Dear SHAKSPEReans,

I decided a while back that I wanted to replace my mug shot on the
SHAKSPER website homepage with a logo.

I asked my very talented ten-year-old daughter to draw something for me.
In addition to competition dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop) and
flute, recorder, and piano playing, she draws quite well. She came up
with a Shakespeare at a computer. I like it, but it still looks like
Shakespeare at a computer drawn by a ten year old.

So I thought that I would ask the list if there is anyone who would like
to contribute a drawing for consideration of taking my picture's place
on the SHAKSPER homepage. I cannot afford momentary remuneration, but
proper credit will be given on the site, and thousands and thousands of
people a day will see it.

The final decision will be mine, but I will consult with the members of
SHAKSPER Advisory Board -- http://www.shaksper.net/board.html -- so I
can ask them for genuine advice in lieu of my normal whining to them.

If anyone is interested in submitting, please send the picture as an
attachment to editor@shaksper.net.

I thank all who consider assisting me with this. I've gotten to the
point where I cannot even look at pictures of myself any more (I keep my
driver's license with the back facing out so I don't have to look at
that one.). A logo would be a nice addition to the site and may not
scare off visitors.
