It might be worth noting that, according to that marvellous time-wasting
trivia resource the Internet Movie Database, Volpone has been adapted to
the screen several times. The most recent was this year for French
television, starring Gérard Depardieu as the eponymous fox:

There was also an Italian version in 1988
(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096400/). The entries are sketchy but in
addition there seem to have been productions in 1965 and 1978, in Norway
and Germany respectively.

Unfortunately, it doesn't say whether any of these are commercially
available.
