Oh, this is very impressive! I'd suggest, though, that "Ill Will" is
Malvolio. The rest, I'm afraid, is beyond me!

Well has Bruce Richman done, but all's not done.

John Savage's Drunkard is Borachio, his Ill Will is Malvolio, and his
Words is Parolles.  For Beautiful Hill, there's an off-stage Beaumond
mentioned in Richard II and an of-stage Beaumont mentioned in Henry V,
and this is of course also the meaning of Portia's Belmont.  Cordelia's
husband is actually called France, and Angelo as the Angel is probably
what is intended, although both clues sound too easy.  Rosalind for
Garland of Roses is the best I can think of, but it too doesn't sound
quite right.

To return the compliment to John Savage, here are eight characters who
don't APPEAR in Shakespeare (a clue).  Each doesn't appear in a
different tragedy.

        The Yellow Lady
        The Ceremonial Man
        The Architect's Relict
        Mr. Death (or maybe Mr. World)
        The Distant General (or maybe the Iron General)
        The Obstetrical Ms. Otis Skinner
        The Proper Spelling of "alablaster"
        Corporations Founded by Two Evangelists, the first named
formally and the second as a us of a diminutive.

(The last is so outrageous a pun as to warrant my apologizing to all
beforehand.)
