Subject: Montaigne, Florio, and Shakespeare

This came up before on SHAKSPER-L, but is there anything to the rumor
that Shakespeare was under the same Southampton roof as was Florio, and
that Florio's wife has been proposed as a plausible candidate for the
Dark Lady?

Perhaps Florio's eccentric Italian dictionary should be plumbed for
Shakespeare's knowledge of "choice Italian," as Hamlet puts it.
