This URL is for the original version, but I'm close to having ready an
updated and greatly expanded version, rechristened the Biographical
Index to English Drama Before 1660.  It's at least 30%-50% larger than
the old version, and includes a much greater range of subjects,
including all actors, playwrights, patrons, theatrical personnel, masque
participants, musicians in masques, actors in academic plays, theatrical
commentators, and anybody else significant for theatre history in the
British Isles before 1660 (rather than just between 1558 and 1642, as
before).  Stay tuned for more details.
