I'm not sure about immediately speculating that such discoveries are
always connected with Shakespeare per se.

Nevertheless, it's always fun to rumor, gossip and speculate on such
things. :) For instance, if this "home" were indeed Shakespeare's, it
has an interesting coincidental with the general date of Shakespeare's
apparent retirement to New Place.

I say dig into it and see if the manuscript for Cardenio can be found.
