From: Hardy M. Cook (editor@ws.bowiestate.edu) Date: 12/27/01
The Shakespeare Conference: SHK 12.2898 Thursday, 27 December 2001 From: Clifford Stetner <cstetner@worldnet.att.net> Date: Saturday, 22 Dec 2001 22:45:34 -0500 Subject: Re: Pop Culture Did anyone hear Bloomberg Radio’s item on how to deal with sibling relationships at Christmas gatherings which was introduced by the reporter’s list of troubled sibling relationships from literature: Hamlet and Ophelia, Hansel and Gretel, etc. and ended with the commentary: “a better ending than Hamlet and Ophelia.” I heard it broadcast twice during the day so it apparently got by the entire editorial staff. Is there a reason that people might get the impression they’re siblings?
