Subject:        Crazy Beautiful and Shakespeare

The film romance Crazy / Beautiful (2001), an interracial, low versus
elite replay of Romeo and Juliet set in LA, has a documentary on a t.v.
/ VCR about Shakespeare playing in one scene--much of the male
narrator’s monologue is drowned out, however, just as he is talking
about Shakespeare’s insight into women (the camera’s focus is on the
“bad” girl character, Nicole, played by Kirsten Dunst). For info on the
