True, it appears to have been influenced by Q1 in the first five scenes, but much less after that, according to Greg. Many make the case that it was open when compiling F, though many others disagree. If you have not given up on source texts, Dover Wilson believed it was derived from Shakespeare's own manuscript. Others have agreed. No matter what road you take to get there, most scholars agree that Q2 is quite a good text. Please give your reason for dismissing this line based on Q2's alleged sloppiness.
