Subject: "The Sonnets"

I just checked out from my local library "The Sonnets", a short new
academic novel by Lennard J. Davis. The narrator, Will Marlowe, teaches
"The WS Sonnets and Queer Theory" at Columbia, and his sexual
misadventures have parodic parallels to his subject specialty. Has
anybody else read this? Have an opinion?
