Subject: RandJ in Original Sin

In Original Sin (2001), the main woman character, Julia (Angelina Jolie)
quotes the line "parting is such sweet sorrow." The screenplay adapts
Waltz into Darkness by Cornell Woolrich, and I wondered if the various
Shakespearean echoes in the film (from R and J, Richard III, and
Macbeth) are also in Woolrich's story. Anyone who has read it happen to
know?

Thanks.
Best,
Richard
