Subject:        Volpone Productions Dates?

We're just finalizing the artwork for the Radio-Free Renaissance audio
book version of Volpone, which we're sending to press next week.

Question: I've been coming across various references which attribute the
play's first production either to 1605 or to 1606 (first publication is
commonly given as 1607).  Can anyone tell me which is correct?  Is there
specific evidence which suggests it was 1605?

Any help offered off-list today would be greatly appreciated.
