Subject:        Daria Episode with Romeo and Juliet

In an episode of Daria (an animated cartoon on MTV) rebroadcast on March
26, from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., there is a scene in whcih Romeo and Juliet
comes up.  The teachers at Lawndale High School are on strike, and Daria
takes over as a teacher. She returns papers to the students on the play
and on the Baz Luhrmann film.  One student who gets a good grade asks
her "So you agreed with me that Mercutio had a thing for Romeo?"  Daria
replies, "No.  But you argued your point well."
