The Shakespeare Conference: SHK 12.0310 Thursday, 8 February 2001 From: Gabriel Egan <ge@totus.org> Date: Thursday, 8 Feb 2001 13:35:43 -0000 Subject: 12.0288 Re: Catalogue of English Cookery Books Comment: Re: SHK 12.0288 Re: Catalogue of English Cookery Books William Sutton wrote >I recall in my snufflings through the stacks at the Sh. >Institute that the top floor contained an Accounts of >the Star Chamber complete with menus and recipes. >Perhaps if you send Jim Shaw the librarian a >message, he could locate it. Or better still, you could search the Shakespeare Institute's online catalogue and save the librarian some work. You just have to remember that the Institute is a graduate school of the University of Birmingham (25 miles from Stratford on Avon). All academic OPACs in the UK are linked from an A-Z listing at http://www.niss.ac.uk (click "Library and Info Services" then "UK HE OPACS alphabetically" then "Birmingham, University of").
