Not going to happen as far as I can tell, Bob.  The gentleman who owns
the rights to Chimes is old and not very well.  I doubt he have the time
or the energy to do a DVD transfer and Criterion doesn't have access to
produce a DVD version since they don't own the rights.  I'll mention it
to them next time I talk to them, but they don't seem to be terribly
interested.
