thread, after hearing the Florida Supreme Court's decision to recount
the undervotes:

Sounds like a lot of us have Shakespeare's "St. Crispian's Day" speech
from Henry V running thru our heads.

I'm also thinking of Richard III, with Dubya as Crookback Dick and Jeb
asthe hapless Duke Of Clarence:

Plain, simple Clarence! I do love thee so, that I will shortly send thy
soul to Heaven...
