My copy of Bullough doesn't give the details you're looking for.  Here's
the sentence that Shakespeare used as his source:

"The shamefull villanie used by the Welshwomen towards the dead
carcasses, was such, as honest eares would be ashamed to heare, and
continent toongs to speake thereof." (Bullough, Vol. 4, p. 182)

As far as I know, Bullough is not on-line and very little source
material for Shakespeare is on-line, though I do have some extracts from
Holinshed -- pertaining to Macbeth -- at:
