Wilhelm Viëtor, A Shakespeare Phonology (1906, republished 1963 by
Frederick Ungar, NY) which contains a handy pronouncing rhyme-index.
Helge Kökeritz, Shakespeare's Pronunciation (New Haven: Yale, 1953),
much more detailed and technical.
