The Shakespeare Conference: SHK 10.1985 Monday, 15 November 1999. From: Bill Stiteler <dynayellow@yahoo.com> Date: Friday 12 Nov 1999 08:18:44 -0800 (PST) Subject: "Edward III" opens in Minneapolis 11/28 Hey all, thought I'd de-lurk for a moment to tell you that I'm directing a production of "The Reign of King Edward III" which opens at the end of the month in Minneapolis, MN. And what a long, strange journey it's been. I really had no idea of what it would be like to go through and read Shakespeare with little support material available. Thankfully I found out about this list-the archives have been quite helpful. Anyway, our performance dates are: Evenings: November 28 and 29, December 5, 6, 12, 19, and 21. Curtain on these days is at 7:30 p.m. There will also be one matinee on December 4 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students with ID, and you can make reservations now by calling the Loring box office at (612) 333-2172. I hope some of you can make it for the regional (and, hopefully, full text) premiere of the new Shakespeare play (I love saying that...). -Bill Council of Doom Theatre Co.'s website: http://go.to/councilofdoom
