From: Holger Klein <Holger.Klein@sbg.ac.at> Date: Tuesday, 01 Jun 1999 12:30:13 -0400 Subject: Re: Shakespeare and the Visual Arts REMINDER: Vol. XI (2000) of the Shakespeare Yearbook will have for its main theme SHAKESPEARE IN THE VISUAL ARTS and will be edited by Jim Harner and Holger Klein. We are inviting studies of up to 25 double-spaced pages (including notes), perhaps accompanied by about 4 black-and-white illustrations, dealing with the reception of Shakespeare by visual artists. Quite a number of articles have already been offered and accepted, but there is room for more, ranging from book illustration to stage design, from painting to photography, sculpture to advertising and the cybermedia.
