Subject: Flemish Farce

My question pertains not to Shakespeare but to a Flemish farce called
"The Trick-Water Farce." It is identified as the play being performed
in Pieter Brueghel the Younger's painting called "A Village Fete," dated
1632. The scene from the farce includes a devil disguised as a monk,
seducing a woman whose jealous husband looks on, concealed in a
coachman's hod.

Is the farce extant? Does anyone know anything about it? Please reply
off list.

Thanks,
John Cox
