From: Hardy M. Cook (hmcook@boe00.minc.umd.edu) Date: 09/05/96
Shakespeare Electronic Conference, Vol. 7, No. 0643. Thursday, 5 September 1996. From: Lee Jacobus <JACOBUS@UConnVM.UConn.Edu> Date: Tuesday, 03 Sep 96 17:15:30 EDT Subject: 7.0638 Q: *Rime of the Ancient Mariner* Comment: Re: SHK 7.0638 Q: *Rime of the Ancient Mariner* To Ian Doescher--I like the idea of the Ancient Mariner and I think it would work. Since I live right here in Branford, I would be interested in knowing when you do it so I can go see it. The dramatic monologue can work very well. Have you seen Brian Friel's _Faith Healer_ or his _Molly Sweeney_? Good stuff. Of course, some Wagnerian music might help (or maybe you lean toward Pink Floyd) . Anyway, let me know when you get going on this. Lee Jacobus
