available via anonymous ftp from ftp.msstate.edu or isis.msstate.edu in
docs/words-l/Misc with filename neh.seminars.  (Note that is the letter l,
not the number 1, in the subdirectory words-l.)  If you decide to apply for
one of the seminars, please tell NEH that you got the information on internet.
