"Shrew", with a few phrases in common.

Yes, the "Moonlighting" version was an update (of Shrew) . . .
lines changed, etc. . . .
 
One of my more favorites was "Do bears beareth, do bees beeith?"
Anyway, unfortunateely, I do not have a copy of that show.
