SHAKSPER 1992: Bevington on Disk
From: Hardy M. Cook (hmcook@boe00.minc.umd.edu) Date: 06/17/92
Shakespeare Electronic Conference, Vol. 3, No. 139. Wednesday, 17 June 1992. From: William Kemp <wkemp@s850.mwc.edu> Date: Wednesday, June 17, 1992, 22:10:16 -0400 Subject: Bevington on Disk The Bevington edition _is_ available on disk. I received yesterday an interesting contract form Harper/Collins by which I can acquire (free) ASCII files of the Bevington edition if I promise (cross my heart, hope to die) to order 150 copies of the book through my bookstore during the next two academic years. The lawspeak in the contract about no guarantees, make only a backup copy, etc. is average -- even a little better than average, actually (not very redundant, and not obsessed with disaster). All this was arranged by my Harper/Collins book rep and seems to be standard policy. The 150 copies are for my students, not me. Bill Kemp Mary Washington College wkemp@s850.mwc.edu
