Subject: The 1990 World Shakespeare Bibliography
Fellow SHAKSPERians may be interested to know that we have just sent the
1990 *SQ* Bibliography to the printer. It will include 4925 separate
entries, including 1576 books, 993 productions, 2356 articles, and
624 numbered cross-references. Included in the entries for books and
productions are citations to 3445 reviews.
I'll end this statistical report with a plea for SHAKSPERians
to send along offprints or notices of their books, articles, reviews,
etc., as well as clippings of reviews of regional or local productions.
Although we scan hundreds of publications, we inevitably overlook
or miss items of Shakespeare interest.
