If I am not mistaken, Blayney's map is currently on display at the Folger
Library as part of the First Folio exhibit.

In re Peter Blayney's work on the layout of the London booktrade around
St. Paul's churchyard, Dan Woolf mentions its appearance in print.
In fact it is already available as an occasional publication of the
Bibliographical Society.  If memory serves, it is number 5 in the
occasional papers series.
 
I thoroughly recommend it both for style and substance, though in some
respects I am reminded of the small girl whose book report on a biological
textbook contained the sentence "This book tells me more about hippopotamuses
than I wish to know."  Interested readers should contact the Bibliographical
Society.
 
For your information...
Blayney's presentation in Vancouver was, as suggested by Dan Woolf, a real
tour de force. His map of St Paul's churchyard including tear-off doors for
each of the named bookshops, reminded me strongly of an "Advent Calendar".
Perhaps if Blayney presents it again, he will include little figures in the
shops: Green Dragon, Parrot, Holy Ghost, etc...
