In general, the bibliographical issue of revision needs
to be defined broadly.  Which Renaissance plays and/or
entertainments were revised?  How were they revised and
who revised them?  What kind of evidence can be brought
to bear on the issue of authorial revision?
 
Gary Taylor cites a list of modern authors  who revise
their plays.  Surely revision has to be defined differently
in an age in which "literary property" was defined
differently.
